Glossary in 30 seconds

Managed game
A game whose playtime / achievements are auto-synced from Steam, GOG, or PSN. You don't edit those fields yourself — the daily cron does.
Manual game
A game you added yourself. All fields stay editable, nothing syncs.
Status
One of four: Backlog, Playing, Finished, Dropped.
Journal
Notes you write as you play. Each status change is recorded automatically; you can also add free-form entries.
Tome
A print-styled export of your full library — PDF, Markdown, CSV, or JSON.
